Arstera is one of the fewer Kajiurians who escaped to Earth in an attempt to recreate new Kajiurians from human beings, but not with other people hot on her tail.

However; compared to other Kajiurians, she gradually accepts to let her race die (including her own Earth-based Magical Girls) to make room for new replacements.

• Mind transfer - Arstera can transfer her consciousness to any person, either living or dead. As her possessed body was used as her shell, she lacks any sense of pain.
